Has anyone had any experience with Arcor Call by Call Internet? Is it difficult to set up (I don't speak and can't read a word of German)? How's the speed? Any other suggestions) Thanks!

Just set up your dial-up networking (on an analogue modem) to dial 01920785 (daytime, 09:00-18:00) or 01920786 (nighttime, 18:00-09:00) or 01920792 (for their "fair 24" rate), using the Username "arcor" and the Password "internet" and away you go...
Be careful not to spill from one rate into the other. During the "core times" they charge around 0.5cents a minute, outside around 2cents a minute, in both cases plus a one-time 6cent dialup fee. The "fair 24" rate charges 0.6cents/minute round the clock, plus a 10cent connection charge
On a reasonable quality phone line with good quality modem expect a speed of around 44kbs

Do I have to download that program they have on their website? Stupid question ... but would you be able to tell me how to set up my dial- up networking? I'm using Windows XP. Thanks!
