German translations for these two job titles...

Can someone help with the proper German translation of these two positions below? They're needed for job advertisements.

• Administrator Consulting

Do they actually mean anything in English?

Is customer operations like customer support/service? If so, then Kundenbetreuung.

And is Administrator Consulting an administrator of consulting, or does this position consult administrators?

I'm not sure if it's what we're talking about here but I work in 'Operations' and it's generally about providing and improving customer service!

Are you sure you don't mean job functions rather than job titles?

Customer Operations out of context is a bit odd, maybe Kundenbetreuung but that's more Customer Care.
Administrator Consulting too, Administratives Beratung is more Administrative Consulting. Administratorberatung?

Sorry he posted it for me. The situation is that this person needs to give a description of her work for the Arbeitsamt. Therefore it must be in German. Her work is broken into two areas and those areas are described on her work description as Timmeh wrote. It appears that she works more for accounting systems and acts as a consultant. She organises meetings with the customers and helps walk them through the way they should set up their accounting databases. Similar to an accounting system berater. The customer operations is that she is responsible for organising the meetings with the clients and overseeing the finances of the billing and invoicing and accounts from these clients that needed the accounting consultation. So, what would be the best description for this for the Arbeitsamt??

On a sarcastic note, it seems strange that 90% of job titles in Germany are in English, yet the Arbeitsamt insists on a translation.
