International company exchange programme visas

Hello guys in germany,

Do anyone know any information on the this type of work permit.

I am person working in a company in a non-EU country.The parent of mycompany is in germany. I was transferred from non-EU country
to the company in germany . I was issued work permit and residence permit for exactly 3 years based on the
provision § 31 - Internationaler Personalaustausch, Auslandsprojekte

Normally you cannot stay beyond these 3 years. But it is possible to go back to my native country where i am employed and reapply on the same provision
to come back to same company and work. but there seems to be a certain time for which i will have reside in my native country.

Do any one know how long will i have to stay in my native country to reapply again ?? Or how can i get this information from the arbeits amt ??
the procedure and process to follow ? i am living in stuttgart. Please help.

I think you can re-apply for your workpermit from India. Previous rule was one has to wait for 3 years to reapply for a workpermit, but it has been waviered. Its stated clearly in the link which you provided in your post.
