Well, tried
Bodega Dali last night - based on the recommendations here. Might as well have taken the risk at el Mirador with its sometimes great, sometimes not food.

The salad with gambas and mushrooms was good, once we found the teeny tiny gambas (these things made popcorn shrimp look big), the paella was "ok" according to the person eating it (I'm not a big paella expert) but my Puchero - well, what I thought would be more of a
casserole (eintopf) with chicken, noodles, pasta and chorizo, was just chicken soup - and the texture of the chicken pieces made me think they were just thrown in at the end, not what I was expecting.
The rioja was good though

and since the atmoshpere really cool (and the bill was less than than expected) I'd probably try it again for tapas or something. I'm not an expert on Spanish cuisine, but it's not my best dining experience in Munich so far.
