I'm bored and I saw this topic today in another unrelated forum: 'What does your desktop look like?'

What I find most intriguing is the contents of IW's email which is entitled "grrrrrrrr". (I also have the same car on my wallpaper as JE, but a different photo)

print screen... should be right of F12

Hit the printscreen button above insert and right of f12 (normally), open Microsoft Photo Editor, go to edit>paste as new image then file>save as> and bobs yer uncle.

dont forget to compress the file, to less than 80kb otherwise it wont upload.

k, that looks like intestines after a Curry Night.

Could be that you opened and saved the file in MS Paint and if you resized the it, you may just have scaled the image down but not the pasteboard or picture space as it were. To scale the whole thing down, hold shift and grab the wee square at the bottom, your mouse pointer should turn into a diagonal double-arrow. The entire image should scale, leaving no white background. Then go edit>select all> and then copy it. Go into Microsoft Photo Editor, edit>paste as new image, then file>save as, select jpeg, click on More>>, reduce quality with slider, save and it should work out.

Our group policy prevents the use of wallpaper unless I log on with my admin account continually... Not a good idea in Sysadmin Land.

I run 3 separate dual desktops on the 2 monitors and need all the space i can get and therefore have no icons on the desktop.

I use objectdock to keep all my programs handy.

Hmmm lets see if this works.

Edit: WTH??? Ok, so I resized it because the file was too big and then it does that...ugh..I hate computers

Amber, clicky-clicky on the red arrow in the quote - I think you're just having the same problem as Rilana, dragging the wrong handle. Easy done, those wee squares have negative usability.
