I know that all saunas in Germany are mandatory nude, I wanted to know about swimming halls in Düsseldorf, I heard about the Munster Therme in DUS, is it proper to swim nude?

usually no but some have FKK days.

try Ünterbacher See, which is just a few kilometers east of D-dorf, or south of Gerresheim
it has nudist and non-nudist beaches
