Good morning folks,

Does anyone know of any books in English or any websites they can recommend which can make me better understand the German work environment and how to get along with and effectively work with German executives?

I may be working on an assignment where I would have to deal with Germans regularly. The last thing I want to is come off as a David Brent/Michael Scott in front of them due to some misunderstanding. So anything I can do to prepare or be aware about ahead of time would be greatly appreciated.
