Any clever ideas of where to hold a birthday party in Stuttgart?
For about 15-20 6 year olds.
Thank you!

Yes! Take them pony riding (Ponyreiten) in Warmbronn, near Stuttgart. We were there today with our 6 and 4 years olds and hey had blast! There is a nice beer garden near by with a play ground.

Hi.
I am planning a party for a 6 year old girl. Does anyone have any ideas for venues in the Stuttgart area (southern part - near the us military bases)? I am looking into sensopolis but would appreciate any suggestions.

In days of bad weather: Go into a long room, e.g. the cellar hallways, place dish with a burning candle onto the floor and "kill" that candle with a flower spray gun.
In days of good weather you could have a treasure hunt: Draw a treasure map with an interesting way to follow, give it to the children and walk with them along your way. Of course, you found that map in an antique store and the old owner didn't want to sell it - there is a fairy tale about ancient Raubritter (robber barons) in the area - a story like that... In a place, where you can dig, the map leads you to a place where you covered a plastic box filled with marshmallows, sausages, lemonade etc. Make a fire and enjoy.
A place to dig and to make a fire: browse around for a construction site in the neighborhood AND ASK the site engineer BEFORE! In the weekend there's nobody working and when you ask, a box of beer bottles will be a great argument so that they may "forget" to put all their shovels away...
A helper could dig in the box in the noon too... There are many possibilities.

My daughter loved Jolo's in Sindelfingen!

Fildorado is an indoor swimming pool. There is a wave pool, 2 water slides and one that has a crazy jump. A lap pool and outdoor heated pool.
Sensapolis is great, but kind of pricey. Lots of activities. Located in Boblingen/Sindelfingen. Have party rooms.
We also attended an indoor go-cart racing track close by, don't recall the details. They do Birthday parties.
Jolos is affordable and lots of fun.

Don't forget that the USO on Panzer Kaserne has discounted Sensapolis tickets and most of the other amusement parks too.

Paladion (Boeblingen) is really fun but hard to get reservations: http://www.sv-boeblingen.de/paladion/kletterwand.html
for my son's 5th, we did at aktiv-spielplatz for all the boys, and they got to build, be wild, play with the animals, etc. An example is: http://www.aktivspielplatz-steinenbronn.de/index.php?option=com_zoom&Itemid=52
Kapt Neckar rents out the boats for going up and down the Neckar for Bday parties. The train people do the same.
Don't forget the ice-skating rink up in Stuttgart. They also have parties.
Two other sites in German, but not too hard to figure out:

My daughter went with a pile of school friends to the RitterSport chocolate factory for an organised party there. Great fun was had and there was an opportunity to make your own chocolate bars.
As other have said, Sensopolis is good fun too.
