Softball teams and games in Berlin

we are a international mixed Fastpitch-Softball in Berlin (near Airport Tempelhof).

Cool. Too bad I can't hit fast-pitch to save my life.

Fastpitch in Germany is not like 60-65 mph pitch. it´s slower. You can hit this balls ;-)

We have two teams, one play slowpitch, one fastpitch.
for all players we offer practice times at Monday and Friday.

A other Softball Team - called Wilde Säue - needs for the Sunday Game at 11 a.m. Stewardstr. (U-Bhf. Oskar-Helene-Heim) - players.

The play-offs begin in the mid of august. We are looking for ballplayers.

I see vincecanada on your roster, so it looks like you've already got a Toytown connection.

You're so new that the MSL Berlin website doesn't include you as an option on their contact form. You should ask them to fix that so people can sign up more easily.

The Saturday league is a good time, it's the embassy league. Not sure where the field will be this year, but last year it was in the SW part, almost near Freie Uni. Basically, it's your typical beer slowpitch league. A lot of families and kids and good natured ribbing.

Sundays are a bit more competitive, fast pitch, but not superfast. It's competitive enough that people are sliding, diving for balls, but not so competitive that you're doing windsprints before the game. There's maybe 2 or 3 pitchers that can "bring it", and even then, its not like Jennie Finch is mowing you down. But you ideally should have picked up a bat before in your life before you try and get around on it.

We are looking for players for a softball weekend (6-8.jul.) in Hevensen by Göttingen.
