Light and landscapes ( Licht und Landschaft), an exhibition by Scottish Artist and Toytowner, Derek Beggs.
This exhibition is a collection of drawings and paintings exploring landscapes and light of Germany and Scotland. Whether the reflections of the Alps in Starnbergersee , or the imposing mountains of Glencoe in Scotland, one thing that always inspires me is the way weather and nature changes the landscape and the way natural features can be drastically altered by seasons or light at various times of the day. Depending on the sky, the wind, the hour or season of the year, the same scene can be calming or disturbing, cold or warm, dark or light.
Opening night on Friday 13th of April at 1800, come along for a glass of prosecco.
