Room for rent in Nuremberg

Hi Guys,

I've rented an apartment and will have 1-2 rooms to rent starting this summer (maybe a little earlier if really needed). It's located in Sudstadt about 5 blocks or so behind the haupt bahnhof. 2-3 minutes to the U-bahn/Tram, 10 minutes to the train/Altstadt. I've lived in this area for about 6 months and it's really clean, safe, and quiet but close enough to the centre to walk to and from all the clubs/restaurants.

Each room has it's own lock, shared bathroom, kitchen. Rent is €250 per month with zero Kaution and zero markler fees (no estate agents). Share utilities (usually €30 per person). Internet, festnett inclusive.

OK, so it's final, I'll have 2 rooms available for rent in September.

Near Bahnhof, U-bahn, S-bahn, and Trams. 5-10 minute walk to centre of altstadt.

Since there is vacancy in Lexicon's house no more I have thought to append a new post here. I am looking for a room for rent in Nürnberg or in Fürth, for a long period that might be up to 10 months.
