Which is a good shop in munich for that? I tried to get it repaired at a bicycle shop but it is very expensive.

Why not do it yourself? If it's a standard pneumatic tyre with inner tube as most are, then all you need is a puncture repair kit (€2-3) and a couple of spanners to remove the wheel (maybe)
