is it 100% confirmed that the Meisterschaft is going to be a mens and a womens team not a mixed one?

Seb thats good news, the last tournamnet is after the wies'n anyway so we wont be too worried about that. And LMT and myself pushed hard for a bit more Munich this year. We'd been doing the brunt of travelling and cold floor sleeping last year. We also made sure that the DMs was not placed on an Octoberfest weekeend. It may move to be one week later but thats also not a problem at the moment.
Bob, in answer it is at this moment in time the aim, in order to encourage development.

Please note the date change of the DMs in September...
it is the following weekend, 15th and 16th of September. This is due to Pitch availability in Berlin.

Thanks for that! I was actually scheduled to stand in a Siemens shirt at the IAA (some automotive show in Frankfurt) that weekend, better tell my boss then! When will we be leaving and returning?
normally leave around 5-6 pm on the friday night and get back on the sunday evening .. well we have in the past anyway. About a six hour drive.

This year's DM is a mens and womens team comp only. As we'll then be taking up two teams plus WAGS we're allready organising a bus. The costs will be basicly be same as what we usualy pay in petrol, we'll all be together as a team, and its easier and enviromentaly friendlier than organising ten cars! It will though obviously mean we will need to set off on time and maybe early in the evening say 5 or 4pm.
We will be having moony competitions as soon as we cross the boarder into the east.

On the way back of course we need to be tip top on form for this one. It's my birthday on the 13th so I'll throw in a couple of crates of beer for the Rückreise as we wont be celebrating before hand and to celebrate winning both the men's and women's comps. chickens eggs and hatching.

On the way back of course
nope - it's vital to oil the cogs of victory. it lubricates not only the brain, but the joints as well and prevents all known illness and disease. it's a wonder cure. seriously. it's what Milan were drinking from their water bottles on Wednesday night, and the all blacks love it as the stains don't show on their shirts.

Right that's you sat next to seb on the way up. You even reach for that bottle and she will have permission to slap you.

having permission and being able to do so are two very very different things. anyway, she's (half) scottish - she'll be tucked into the booze before anyone.

If I'm missing when everybody is ready to go home - I'd guess the road to Hamburg is the place to look...

As for the Dm´s in Berlin...leaving munich on friday eve and back on sunday eve?? Is the comp on both days?Because i just want to make sure that if i change my flight, that i´ll be there in time to get it..

I might travel from Berlin directly to Düsseldorf depending on when we finish...cause the flight would be on monday night so if we finish on sunday i may bob round north to see my family before that instead of going back down to munich with you lot...

Tickertyboo, I'll check with Rob this weekend. But yes should be a Friday journey up. The comp should also be two days as its two teams per city. Wether we come back Sunday night or Monday morning is in discussion.
