G'day,
anyone out there have a business running over a website, with an AGB up?
I have a lawyer making one up for me now... she wants me now to sign some paperwork that will in affect cover her own back if something is wrong with it, or the law changes. I know the law states that an AGB is not needed although most shops online in Germany have one. I'm a bit pissed that the laywers charge between €700 - €1,500 to make one. Is there any one out there who has one and can offer any advice on maybe business insurance, as a backup?
By the way, if you have a business and you sell products on eBay, never ever put a AGB up as it will cost you. There are too many black sheep in Germany, looking for little mistakes in your AGB. This is only one small area of business that can make you bankrupt!
Cheers for any feedback!
