Hello TT,
last minute planning as always... I would like to head over to Madrid for Easters... and needless to say, flight ticket prices are merciless! Nevertheless, I believe in loopholes and possibilities!
Any interesting web sites anyone Googled upon which offer cheap flights between Munich and Madrid?
Thanks!
Vin

Difficult. Try
www.viajar.com or
www.rumbo.es - I think you can choose the language.
Good luck. Let me know if you find something decent. I have been looking and NADA.

How flexable are those dates?
If you can leave 1 day earlier, and return on the 28th then Lufthansa has MUC-MAD for 135.65 Eur.. (Includes Taxes and xtras)
Leave MUC - 24 May 0850 - Arrive in MAD - 1125
Leave MAD - 28 May 0740 - Arrive in MUC - 1010
If you can leave on the 23rd the price goes down to 101.65 Eur (Includes Taxes and xtras)
Leave MUC - 23 May 1140 - Arrive in MAD - 1415
Leave MAD - 28 May 0740 - Arrive in MUC - 1010

The cheapest price I found on IB.com was around 400 Eur for those exact dates. Same for Lufthansa
Ryanair fly into 2 Barcelona airports, but not from their base in Salzberg. You gotta fly from Frankfurt Hahn.
Which is a bit far, and when you add the cost to get to Hahn to the trip price, its really not worth it.
German wings fly to Madrid and Barcelona, but only from Stuttgart. Even with them tix for those exact dates
will run you 428 Eur.
Condor will fly you from Munich to Madrid or Barcelona on the dates you mentioned, for 278 Eur. (Includes Taxes and xtras)
Air France has this for 115,00€

uh, I'd be flexible gladly, but my employer isn't

So, I suppose earliest would be 25.05 late afternoon, or any time on 26...
but let me check your tips, maybe we dig out something

@PES
Strange...
What site did you use.. the cheapest I got was 130 each way + some tax = 259,49 Eur
Besides with AF you have a stopover, with Condor or Lufthansa their direct flights..
@Alegria
If you can't be that flexable, then I'd suggest you fly with Conder

Friday to Sunday is of course the most expensive time to fly, and with only two weeks' notice consider yourself lucky if you do find a reasonable price. Check out
Whichbudget.com for information on who flies where.
