Visiting an airport annoys me

I've just come back from the airport and the place just pisses me off. Why do planes have to fly to such interesting places? Just looking at the monitors out there almost made me pull my EC card and just fly somewhere, anywhere. I hate the place!

@ Jack, they fly over our house low enough to see the logos. I get a traveling itch on the short walk from the S-Bahn home.

I like seeing the dismal faces on people travelling with their families somewhere, or imagining why some people are crying, I make up stories in my head, and then I feel better. Yes, I am somewhat twisted.

Yeah Carm. I sat there wondering to myself where complete strangers were going to be in 2 or 3 hours, none of my business but I love it in a way ... And hate it too...

I used to have that when the airport was in Riem and I lived in Trudering. Nothing like a dose of kerosin with your coffee and cake in the garden.
