I am not worried about the €1 but I wasted 90 minutes of my time watching the most pitiful film I have EVER seen (and I admit that I have watched some crap in my time). I had no high hopes, just expected the typical Lampoon's crap giving me the odd laugh now and again. I was also lured by the promise that this DVD version was the unrated "Naughty Version".
To be honest I can't believe this film is wasting even more of my time by writing about it but, hey, I think Paris Hilton deserves a mention. We know from a recent "song" release that the girl can't sing. Well, now we know she can''t act either, even when simply doing the voice-over. She should stick to making home-made porn films. The rest of tha cast were no better, to be honest, and I failed to even smile once throughout the whole torturing experience. Had I not been so thoroughly bored, with nothing on TV, I'd have switched off within five minutes.
So a warning to all, apart from the odd pair of exposed fake tits, this film has absolutely nothing to offer except to provide evidence that the skanky Paris should stick to what she is good at: nothing.

Hang on. You said you wasted only 1 hour in the title but now you are saying you actually wasted 90 minutes? Which one is it?

It got a 2.1/10 on IMDB - the source for screening whether a movie is worth your time or not.

If you haven’t already seen it, go and rent the “Old School – hilarious – when Will Ferrell gets the tranquilizer dart in his neck or when he wins the school debate or does his Frank the tank routine is soooo funny.

You have probably already seen it but "Road Trip" - don't come much funnier than that.

has anyone seen "Blades of Glory" yet? I was thinking of *cough* "renting" that one as well. Thought it might be good for a laugh.

This weekend I watched:
Transamerica - excellent
American Dreamz - almost excellent
Couple of films worth a look. The first is nailed by Felicity Huffman, and the 2nd has some really vicious satire. Both worth your time (unlike for example Brokenback Mountain).

ok, any suggestions for top three easy watching comedies? Films should not be too old (recent leases are easier to get hold of than older stuff) and not require much attention to watch.

If you're looking for crude humor, try
Bad Santa (2003). Very funny.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Old School
Road Trip
American Pie (I and II only)
Envy (so satirical of ordinary American life)
Something About Mary
The Burbs
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
The Sweetest Thing
Any three from the above and you shouldn’t be short of laughs

Four Rooms -- a little older than these, but very funny. I too wasted some of my life watching Pledge This. The only redeeming factor, I reasoned to myself, is that they got Paris to make fun of herself and look bad in a movie. Then it appeared they added on a second ending, where she turns out to be the poor victim of a misunderstanding. Oh, poor Paris. Course, it's still obvious she couldn't act her way out of a paper bag.
