Ananova:
Poland to ban 'men in skirts'?QUOTE (Ananova)
Calls are growing in Poland for a ban on 'men in skirts' because drunken Scottish flashers have been upsetting locals. Agnieska Gaspar, 23, from Krakow, said: "You can't go round the corner without seeing a Scot showing off what he has under his kilt while one of his mates photographs him.

Won't a crack down on kilt-lifters be hard to maintain?
That's the thing it's not guys lifting their kilts it's the bloody natives who feel it necessary to have a look for themselves be it female or worse male!!
And about bloody time too! We don't want highland fuzzie-wuzzies cavorting around the world in a dress.

Men are HOT in kilts! However, if they are stupid enough to be lifting them, especially when they have nothing much to show off, well thats just rude! But saying that, if you dont like what you see...look away!

It is a leather kilt, looked great on my floor! Men in any kilt gets my vote.
Does that come with the lead and the 8-ball, like any good gimp outfit?
I agree with WeeMun, that's not a kilt. Bloody new age hippies!...Or is it the gays? Who knows!!!
And yes I look bloody exceptional in a kilt!

The issue / problem is (us lot wearing kilts) that if you are - for example - daft enough to wear one to your local Karneval you find that loads of local women (normally at the falling-over-any-time-now end of the tipsy scale) demand to know if you are wearing the kilt 'in the traditional Scottish style'. If you are evasive or shy about this in any way an investigation is usually carried out in a typically direct and forthright German manner. 'Flashing' just does not happen (I can only speak for South Hessen here). Involuntary exposure is much more common.
Unfortunately, we Scots have a somewhat dodgy reputation around where I live - and not just on account of kilts. Auerbacher Schloss's blurb explains how the place was trashed about a thousand years ago by 'Scottish hordes' working as mercenaries for the French. We (allegedly) sneaked into the besieged schloss via some kind of a back door in the basement and killed everyone. I'm sure it was just some kind of misunderstandng...maybe someone told them the bar was closed or something like that.
