Well, it's never been used as a shelf. It has however been utilised in the making of love. Details and instructions of which can be supplied on a piece of crumpled A4 paper for 3 euro extra.

Sin was last seen hanging pasta over a cue so don't expect anythig usefull from that sector.

The hanging fixture is inside the shelf. You fix it onto the wall and the shelf slides on to it. I know cos I also have one of these for sale (in black, 5Eur).
