Large pet stores in Munich

I went to some pet shops today. One was in Gauting, and one was in OEZ. I saw the selection wasn't too great, and all sizes of dog and cat food weren't very big ( I have 3 large dogs and one cat that eats like a swine), so we would be spending a ton of money a month to feed themwith the tiny bags of food. If this is what's necessary, then I suppose that's the way it will have to be this way, because they need to eat! However, I was wondering if there was a large pet store such as Petco or Petsmart like in the US that has a large variety animal needs. (Or just bigger bags of food!) I'm trying not to be presumptuous here and expect it to be here, but maybe I haven't been enlightened about such stores? I'm trying to prepare my home here for my animals who will be arriving next month.

You can try the various online shops, maybe they are cheaper. Try googling for "Haustierbedarf".

Well, I was considering just ordering from the online sites themselves, such as "Purina One"'s site for the food my cat eats ( special food for hairball controll mixed with UTI formula because male cats are prone to dangerous UTIs), but wasn't sure if they deliver to Europe.

why do you want a Large pet ?

I buy most of my dog food at Fressnapf in large 15 kilo bags. Since they don't usually stock my preferred brand in the large bags, I call them about a week before I need to buy, and they special order for me. You can also try Dehner Garden Centre while usually has a pretty large selection of pet items. My local big hardware store (HELA chain) also has a decent sized pet section.

Edit: Oh...man... I should always check the date first... oh, well...
