Nightclubs that don't check IDs for age

I'm planning to go clubbing with some mates on the weekend. The problem is, I'm 17. There have been times when I used my charm and got let in, but it's a pain in the neck having to worry about it. So, if you know of any Discotheks in Berlin that don't check for IDs, please offer your suggestion!

I don't know about Berlin, but since when is there a legal minimum age of 18 to get into a German Disko?

I've never been checked althoug sadly I'm probably beyond the age worth checking...try Kaffee Burger or Mudd Club.

There isn't, however if you are under 18 you have to leave at midnight. If they check ids they take them off the youngsters and they have to collect them when they leave.

I would assume Berghain, Watergate, that club under the Warchauerstr. bahn station (I think it used to be call Maatrix or something back in the day), but then again, I'm an old as well so I never got ID anywhere in Europe before. I didn't realize they really check id's in Berlin! Oomcha, which clubs have you been to in the past where they checked your ID?

Going to Nightclubs underage is the best. It makes the whole night feel like some undercover outing! Once you are legally allowed into a nightclub they lose all appeal. We used to always light up a smoke before we got to the bouncer to make us "look older" - I don't think it worked too well when you were coughing with eyes watering and trying to convince the bouncer that you are actually a young looking 27...

The confirmation of this is like when I went to the cashier to pay at a restaurent in the 50th US state recently
and the elderly lady leant forward & quietly said "Sir - did the waitress tell you that the over-60s qualify
for a 10% discount" & muggins me didnt think fast enough to keep my mouth shut

i have never seen ID checking in Berlin. Just some clubs with the bouncers who don't like ya. Like Oma says in Berghain or the Kit Kat club.

Why not go along to some soft gay disko! like die busche (now called Haus B i think) full of youngsters both male and female.

There are plenty of clubs in Munich anyway that you have to be 18 to go to. Maybe a few places are deciding having 16 year olds till midnight is to much hassle.

The ONLY place I've been checked is 2B. Just make yourself an uber hottie and they wont refuse you, and if they ask just say you forgot it. Wont work at 2B cuz they think they're American, but will everywhere else. Good luck
