I have a client whose job it is to go into a workplace where things are not running smoothly, analyze the relationships in said workplace, and make recommendations about how to improve those relationships. Kind of a therapy, behaviory, counseling sort of thing. Apparently in German this is called "Supervision," though Leo didn't recognize it. Does anybody know what his job title would be in English? I'd look it up, but I can't think of any useful search terms, so I'm hoping someone here has direct experience with such a thing.
