Hello everyone,
Perhaps some of you are interested in coming to a German conversation class on Tues March 13th and/or 27th from 19:30-21:00.
The topic on 13.03 will be: Sind die Deutsche wirklich humorlos?
My german teacher will lead a conversation based on an article (with vocab list)
27.03 will explore German history as taught in the GDR. We will look at history lessons from GDR text books and discuss what differed between east and west in how they taught their citizens history.
The atmosphere is casual and will be held in our cafe (Sala del Popolo: Kugler str 31)
The fee is 10euro and that includes a coffee or a glass of wine. All proceeds go to my German teacher.
Interested? Let me know by replying to this post.
Allison
(as for level, you should be able to have a conversation..i would say G3 level and above but hey, if you are at a lower level and just want to listen then feel free)

Correction!!!
The Deutsche Konversationsrunde Thema on March 27th will not be about history but instead about literature! (obviously i need to go to this to improve my german)

Here are the topics again as written by the teacher

13.03: Der Deutsche Humor. Sind die Deutschen humorlos? Wie verständlich ist ihr Humor für Ausländer?
27.03.07: DDR Literatur. Wie man durch Literatur bereits Kinder beeinflussen kann.

Wer interessiert ist, der schickt eine E-Mail an: info@saladelpopolo.com

Hope to see you there
