Does anyone know of any Chinese grocery shops/supermarkets where Chinese vegetables are sold?
Names and addresses would be extremely helpful.

Off Rosenheimerplatz (direction of Hit) are at least three Chinese/Asian markets, one of which (the one just past the Döner shop) has a rather large fresh fruit&veg walk-in cooler, chock full of bok choy, klong beans, bitter melon, taro, bananananana leaves, etc.

When you need Bok Choy, you need Bok Choy, distance is no obstacle.

Quite. And Chinakohl is no substitute for bok choy.

Oh well, in that case, I bought some recently on Greville Rd (Albany), just off the northern motorway coming out of Auckland, NZ...close to where Timmeh and I are from...it was very fresh and tasty.

Don't know where to direct you for buying bok choy as I don't live in Munich. Thought I'd share with you my favorite bok choy recipes. The recipes can be found toward the bottom of the page of the below link.

but on a more serious note, try this link fo Asian grocery stores...but I'm afraid you'll have to go to each one to find out whether they actually do stock bok choy
