Oh, thanks you guys. I wish mine hadn't been so blurry. I think Grinner's last picture is probably the best one- you get the full spectrum of colors on the moon and it's very crisp and clear.
BBC Online also has some great
pictures of the eclipse.

Oh well - I missed it all. Looked out the window a few times during the evening, but the sky was always cloudy, so didn't bother going out. I've seen a few lunar eclipses before though. What I like about the totality part is that you see the moon looking like what it really is - a great big lump of rock, not a brightly glowing light-emitting object.
Up here the clouds rolled acroos the sky about 30 minutes or so before it was due to start yesterday...
Tonight of course its a perfectly clear night & I can see the moon outside my window...

Tor, was that taken during this past lunar eclipse? If so, why is the moon so low in the horizon?
no. it wasn't. just thought it was funny, somewhat relavant to the eclipse topic... devil looking over the church... just havin' fun
