ummm...
what is a eunuch?
A eunuch is a human male whose testicles have either been removed or are non-functional. The earliest records for intentional castration to produce eunuchs are from the Sumerian city of Lagash in the 21st century B.C. Over the millennia since, they have performed a wide variety of functions in many different cultures such as military commanders, singers, religious specialists, government officials, and even guardians of women.

Twisted is hardly next door, is it? Isn't it one whole u-bahn stop away (not that that's very far)? Either way, roots, expect an SMS from me asking where the crowd is.
edit: never mind, apparently I'll get SMS'ed. (That sounds so dirty.)
Twisted is the same distance from Hollenzollerenpl as Josephspl... okay, maybe out by a few meters, but I always use the Hollenzollerenpl stop.
Cant take it anymore, im going to start packing up and making my way there slowly.

I have come to the conclusion that:
A. Some people who RSVP to Curry Night, don't come to curry night.
B. Some people who don't RSVP to Curry Night, come to curry night.
and that therefore...
C. It's a conspiracy that I will have to further investigate.
Other than that,
curry night was fabulous!

It was my first time ever ordering butter chicken, and I wasn't completely happy.
But I can't compare it to anything I had before; so maybe butter chicken is just not my favorite dish.
I tried a few of the dishes around me, and they were quite good.
On a better mood:
It was a very nice evening. Blundstoner, it was a real pleasure to meet you, I definetely hope to see you again.
To the newbie couple (can't remember her online name): it was good to see you again, and hopefully next time you get a better sitting! Keep coming, and good luck with that flat!
It's always an exciting evening if you get to sit nexto Texas Tornado, thanks for enternaining me!

I had an aubergine curry with paneer. I'd give it 6 or 7 out of 10, too creamy and not very spicy. I have eaten there previously a couple of times though and the food had always been good. Think I just picked the wrong dish this time. The waiters were perfect: They were taking care of almost 40 people and never got anything wrong, always had enough rice available, served the drinks fast and were very friendly! Best service I have yet seen with such a large group. I would go back any time!
clepto
Nov 10 2005, 9:46 am
Oh yes, the service was great indeed.
I liked how they organized by tables, so that a whole table would be served at the same time.
When serving the food, they went directing to the right section, and didn't have to yell "number 56!!!" all over the restaurant.
I didn't find them particularly friendly, but yes, they were very effective.

One of the waiters was particularly friendly, and spoke (along with his mother tongue), English, German AND Italian. He thought I was Italian because he heard me practicing with Dario and Daria, and gave me particularly good service (NO, I don't mean THAT kind of service

).

Mine was a tiny bit too spicy, but still delicous, and beautifully complemented Rubber Duck's a bit of which I managed to steal.
The service was excellent, surprised to hear some people thought the waiters were unfriendly. They love seeing our 30+ group, and pull out all the stops to make sure we come back often.

Exile, rolled around on the office floor laughing. Dead cows on the Rio Grande. I'll never forget the smell! Makes you paddle faster though.
A most excellent night indeed. I had the Chicken Kadai a bit too mild, but Roots was fast to harm with hot sauce. Luckily I had my mango lassi close at hand. I didn't get visit with many folk as I would have liked, but that’s how it goes with a large crowd.
Thanks kids for coming out to the Twisted afterwards. I may have bored Dario senseless with my obscure music from the “70s and if you don’t know who John Hyatt is you don’t deserve to touch the deck!
UpQuark, you keep saying your “Gonna Fuck Me UP!!! with music that is. He stared in the role of DJ one night and keeps making all these false music promises.
