Nope, kadai lamb is unmistakable and thats what I recomeneded and thats what you had. The wok, aluminium foil, onions, sauce--they were all there

The time wasn't set before: I've now set it to the standard 7:30.
People generally turn up any time between 6:30 and 8:30, though we do like to try to order around 7:30.
