Good to see you got home safely, Carm. Actually chatted with our driver for another 20 minutes (after arrival! ...). Hope you buy/or use the dreaded "Nasendusche" first thing tomorrow morning. Gute Besserung, oops. Food okay, not brilliant but decent, drinks a little delayed. Met some lovely new people though...yepp. Time for zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Hope I don't catch your flu birdie.

Top marks for
Ganesha, for food as well as service, esp. with the restaurant being full. I always think it's some kind of a miracle when they bring out 35 dishes. I also like the way they always arrange that huge table specially for us in the middle of the restaurant. Great crowd it was too, also met some fab new people.

A lovely evening, excellent food (ate way too much again!) and very entertaining company indeed.

Nice to meet all the newbies, hope you are all coming again! A big thanks to Roots as well, my masculine side, for organising everything again.
Yep a great night out, might have to start attending a bit more regularly.

Keema nan how I like it.
Chicken jalfrezi how I like it.

This gotta be the most crowded and the noisiest CN we ever had. It was people and more people everywhere.
Considering that there were easily 60-70 people in the restaurant during the peak dinner time, I think they did a very commendable job in terms of food quality and service.
As always, great company, good food, good conversation and oh the newbies!!! so many of them once again and they were all so nice and it was a pleasure to meet each one of them.

I am always relieved when the
curry night ends without any bill payment issues.
Thanks everyone once again for a fantastic night.

Today is madame roots' birthday so went to
Palast der Winde for dinner. Very very delicious food. Service was great and the owner was a really nice man. We had Lamb Kadai and Kofta and both were very delicious. Can't speak much for the interior. Looked a bit old and wasn't too cozy but still a pretty decent restaurant. It is quite big too.
We talked about going there last week so we could do it one of these days.

I wasn't making any suggestions. I was only giving a review because we have no feedback on Palast der Winde so far and somebody mentioned it last week.
I am open for anything.

What about Mehek? The food is good, isn't it? It's close to
Münchner Freiheit as well. I recently went to Noor Jahan again and cannot recommend it anymore for CN. I was relatively disappointed with the quality and am glad we didn't go there the other day. A pity, the other two times I went there were quite good. This other place, Palast der Winde, would also be fine with me.
I was wondering the other day, and I wont start a new thread for it, but are there any Indian dishes made from offal? I am a fan of both Indian food and offal and was thinking it might be interesting to try a lung or kidney curry or something.
