Sarovar would be a good choice. I think in 2 days my stomach will be more than happy to get a break from those bavarian-wiesn-food. But I promise I will not order "hot english style" this time, I learned my lesson last time !!

Pretty tempted to meet my first TT's. Is this place close to the underground station or will a total stranger get lost strolling in the wrong direction? But can you handle a curry novice who is a little emmmmmm emotionally scrambled and in need of some cheering up?

Hey Dids. Sarovar is very easy peasy to find indeed. Just go to the link and look it up on Munich Map. It is basically on the corner of Fürstenstr and Theresienstrasse. Simple...

Food was really good and far better than any rubber chicken I'd have got at the Oktoberfest, even if I did have to pay for it. I wasn't sure if it was the beer I'd been drinking beforehand that made it taste so good, but since Coolerking had the same and said it was good too then I suspect that the goodness was an intrinsic quality of the food.
Oktoberfest and

Great to see some new people out, and welcome Pepper back to the real world!

That restaurant wasn't bad, if a bit expensive. I wouldn't order the special HOT meal though, as I can't handle it

Nice creamy chicken korma sounds good though. IIRC it's a small restaurant.
