Well, 4 hours until I am on a flight to England, and probably Friday evening, I will be enjoying a authentic Balti in Birmingham ! hmm...

Since nobody seem to know where to go, I am taking the liberty to pick the restaurant.

I believe that was a reference to the Naan Wars of 2004 which culminated in a face-off between the Keema to the East and the Garlic/Plain coalition in the West. The battle was furious and though outnumbered 3:1, Keema forces held their ground valiantly. Only after the Aloo Parathas came up from the south to assist the coalition with a two-pronged attack were Keema finally vanquished. Raita shortages continued for months but peace has remained at the tables.

I ended up going to Deeba for the first time last night after quiz. Went for a quick bite but ended up staying until past 1 am. Chiken tikka was very very delicious and the accompanying sauce was great. Chicken naan was ok (€4.07 each--strange price and more expensive). I liked the service. The owner was very hospitable--actually so hospitable that it made me nervous

I think we coud do Deeba sometime in near future. The only problem is it is very small (36 seats) so it could be very claustropobic if the crowd is big.

THere are 3 buses from Ostbahnhof- the 53,54 and 159, or its not a long walk!

Correction- the 53 bus is now the 100! Still having problems with some of the route changes.
The 100 and 54 are 3 stops from O'bahnhof.
