Does anyone know anything about Bonn?

Hey Everyone

My boyfriend has decided to take a placement in Bonn, so thats where we will be moving in September.

Does anyone know anything about Bonn? (at this point im not even sure where it is!!)

It's a fairly pretty town (small city), with some pleasant countryside close by, e.g. the Siebengebirge (seven hills), the Eifel and Mosel regions and the Rhein Valley. It is quite a studenty town, so has fairly good nightlife during the semesters.

As for finding out where it is... well, a map will cover that one. And the Wikipedia entry is always a good place to start.

It used to be the capitol of Germany.
