IKEA wants customers who have bought a PARODI or APELSIN glass vase from supplier #18347 to bring it back to the Exchange & Returns department at their local IKEA store, for a full refund. No other vases are affected.
It seems that the internal stress on the glass is too high, leading to cracks and breakage at the slightest contact. If you have purchased such a vase handle it with extreme care and wrap it well when returning it to the store.
