Ultimate Frisbee off-season night out

Back at our end-of-season night out last year there was a lot of interest in meeting up again sometime during winter. Since BenPanter's back in town next weekend it seems like a great opportunity to organise a 2nd ultimate frisbee night out.

When: Friday, 9th February at 20:00
Why: Not white enough for skiing, not warm enough for frisbee

Post if you're interested in coming along and I'll reserve a table in advance, since a lot of people ate last time.

I'll try to convince Thomas (my German friend with the two kids) to join us as well.

I will be there. I will even change my weekend ski plans to get together with Ben and the ultimate gang. Hopefully everyone from the Sunday night beergarden gang will be there.

Ok, I reserved a table for us at GM's and was informed that there is a cover band playing from 10pm.

Not a problem, but my understanding is that if you arrive before 8pm it will be free to get in. After 8 there'll be someone on the door and it will cost €2 or 3. It's not going to be especially busy, but it might be worth getting there a bit earlier.

I believe it may be a cover band called Rock DJ- a Robbie Williams tribute band.

Last Friday I found myself in Murphys and there was a U2 cover band and it was rammed, but only for about an hour (10.30ish-11.30) then it quietened down.
