Hi!
I am an Indian and currently planning to visit Germany by April07 along with my wife. She is coming there for an onsite work which is sponsored by her company. I will be accompanying her during this visit and planning to stay in Germany for Six months.

With regards to the above scenario, I want to know the following things:

1) What kind of Visa I need to take(Dependent visa, Tourist visa etc)?! (Remember I need to stay in Germany for Six mnths)
2) During this six month period I would like to take a part time job. What kind of pre requisities needed for getting one?! Is work permit a mandatory one?!
3) And also I want to know about insurance. I heard that having a insurance is a must for entering Germany. If that is the case, how much it will cost for me?

Please let me know on this at the earliest. Thanks in advance.
