I will never get my new computer and move into the 21st century. Four times I have have tried and four have been faulty. The last one from Aldi/Medion did not even arrive and after stopping the order in frustration I discover after ten days that it takes this company three weeks to refund money.
Naturally the call centre does not tell you this straight, just have patience, although they know it takes three weeks. Very very annoying. One feels helpless as they have the money and you cannot do anything about it. Finding the call centre phone number was hard enough on the Medion Homepage so they do not encourage contact. What do the call centre operators learn? Say nothing and annoy the caller or what?
Anyway, I am boycotting Aldi and Medion and buying a machine from a small repair shop near my store.
In these cases I wonder and hope I am more honest to my paying customers than Medion call centre was to me!
