Absolutely. Too much beauty is a strain on any relationship. While you get used to it, the rest of the world doesnt. So all the negative effects stay while the positive degrade quickly.
I speak from experience.
For a long term relationship, I'd prefer the moderately beautiful woman anytime. And that is without taking the 'beauty spoils'-effect into account.

I don't mind dating a perfect or close to perfect specimen. I have experienced that being in a relationship with the ugly specimen is much more stressful than the perfect specimen as the ugly specimen have tons of issues and garbage that they bring along. I don't mind dating the average specimen either.

Doesn't seem to make a difference Hams. I've always normally gone for tall, young, fit, goodlooking. So I once went for short, old, fat and ugly and he was still a bloody plonker! Now in Wales I have a choice of sheep, short, or tattoos and no teeth

But so do the perfect ones ... just other kinds of issues and garbage. Less obvious probably.

My biggest problem here is that i defended LIAB on another thread and cited that i had had a good chat with her one night on live chat and she seemed ok.

I now realise what a major error that was and that she really is as shallow and vacuous as advertised, i apologise to all who may have been offended by my defence of her.
