Hi Im moving to Germany and I was wondering if it was possible if I could take my LCD TV:

and my sound system:

Can I use it in Germany is the antenna cable or something different? Like I know I gotta use a power adapter to change the power but otherwise like with the cable company will it work? Thanks in advance.

I don't think it's a good idea to bring over the TV, viperharis. Looking at the features and specs on that webpage I notice that the HDTV LCD TV has an NTSC/ATSC TV Tuner (North American Television Standards Committee/Advanced Television Standards Committee). Over here the broadcast system works on PAL (Phase Alternation Line), and some variants such as PAL-Secam. But other users here maybe able to clarify on the digital setup. Anyway, have a look at these articles: ATSC Tuner, Digital Television and NTSC. Maybe the same goes for the DVD player in the home entertainment setup too. But some DVD players (like mine) have both NTSC and PAL formats. As for the speakers, that should be no problem. You might want to check with the outfit that sold you these items (Future Shop?).
Hang about for a while and you'll get other TT users who can offer some further advice.

...and your FM tuner wont work either as we use different frequency steps.

Yep sell them store them save yourself money and grief. Unless it was like a gift from say the Queen or Queen for that matter or you store your gold in it.

You can find Bose kit here easily. Most of the big electronic stores stock their stuff and there are dedicated shops as well.

Look at websites such as www.netonnet.de and www.saturn.de to get price ideas. You should be able to navigate them even if you don't have German.
