Hi,

I realise that Google exists and I could just google a recipe, however then it doesn't come with a reference as to how good the result is. So I am after a really gooey bad for you calorific chocolate fudge brownie style cake recipe which I can make for my 21st on Sunday.

You know the kind, where it sticks to your teeth and you struggle to eat more than a bite as it is so rich.

Please help, as google has a million results, none of which seem quite right!

I don't have access to the recipe but a colleague cooked some great stuff from a recipe from one of Delia Smith's books. Highly reccomended. I'll see if I can get the name of the book at least.

Nigella Lawson's chocolate fudge brownies are really and truly to die for and I suspect they fit your bill exactly. They're gooey (if you don't leave them in the oven too long...) and an intense calorie bomb and if you use even a half-decent (40% cocoa) chocolate they'll still turn out well. You could cut them out and then stack them up in a pyramid with a candle on top...
They're great cold, or warm with vanilla ice-cream or just plain whipped cream.
Ohhh, now I want one so bad!

As for a chocolate fudge cake... I haven't made one myself, but I would again recommend a Nigella recipe, I'm sure you could find one with the help of google. She is the queen of this kind of indulgent food.
