Scotland Road by Jeffrey Hatcher
A young woman (Joana O’Neil) dressed in the style of the early 20th
century is found on an iceberg in the North Atlantic. She says only one
word: ‘Titanic’. To find out who she is and where she comes from, she
has been taken to a small town in Maine, where she is questioned and
compelled to talk by Dr. Halbrech (Lori Grosland) and John Astor (Niels
Hamdorf). The strange woman persists in her story that she is a Titanic
survivor. A confrontation with the Titanic's last known survivor, Miss
Kittle (Ursula Schmidt), brings surprising results, but still doesn’t
reveal the young woman’s secret. Suddenly more questions abound: Who are
Halbrech and John really? Why don't they permit the strange woman
contact with the outside world? What do they want from her and what can
she give them?
