Matt and everyone please keep me informed!!
Which Matt?
I asked my cute boys in class tonight about their weekend plans- but as young and excited about life as they are, they started telling me and then got distracted and talked about Australia.

Anyway, if any of you girls are Australian, I could perhaps lure them to meet you sometime.

I was 18 to 24 for 6 years which gives me a lot of experience in the chosen age bracket here. Can I come along and talk at the girls too?

I think that statement says enough right there. You're most likely --what's the best way to phrase this--
overqualified to mingle with them.

Why do you have to be australian? I thought the whole point of leaving your country was to meet people and see places that AREN'T like the ones back home?

I'll meet cute Aussie guys, but not if I have to pretend to be Australian - won't a nice finnish girl do?
And I meant any of the people I know who are active in this topic, but especially Matt9882 as he is organising this... Matt N. it would be nice hearing from you too once in a while!

Well, you see, the guys I teach are German and are contemplating spending a year in Australia on work placement or one of these travel/work thingies. They didn't specifically ask me to hook them up with Australian girls- but considering their interest in spending a considerable amount of time in that country, I thought they would benefit from speaking to native Australians. I already stated in my previous posts in this thread that they are German. Might I recommend next time reading the thread in its entirety before commenting.

PS- I'm sure they'd be happy to speak to nice Finnish girls too.

Just a quick note. If you do need to extend the reservation I'd strongly suggest you sort it out sooner rather than later. Los Bandidos gets pretty busy. If you're 10, then extend it to 12, better safe than sorry.

Jan 17 2007, 10:23 am
If you're 10 you shouldn't be at an 18 to 24 party anyway, unless you are a early developer. Pretending to be 12 won't help.

Anyway, you do roughly know numbers. 11 people have been mentioned as having an interest in the evening.

Helen, I suggest you PM the people listed above and ask if they are definitelý on for Friday. Then, when Los Bandidos opens later on today, you should be in a position to make the call and set the numbers.
Edit: Scratch that, if you've got the sign-up sheet then just tell people to get their name onto it no later than 6pm today, or whatever, so that you can confirm the reservation.

If you've read the TT Handbook, you'd know that TTers are required to wear hot pink t-shirts to organized TT events.

If you're reserving a table, the waitstaff will show you where your table is.
