Sky TV problems with Five Life and Five US

Having problems getting Five Life and Five US. Tried everything piece of information to fix available on the internet. Basically getting no signal received on these channels and the russia today channel. Tried the software upgrade, all the LNB stuff and i have a perfect signal, box is fine. Very confused. Anyone had a similar problem and how did you fix it? Any links or advice would be much appreciated.

What equipment (receiver/dish/etc.) do you have?
Can you receive Men&Motors on Sky Channel 131?

We also occasionally get problems on Five US, tends to be in the evenings. The picture breaks up partially then freezes. Changing the channel then changing it back to Five US usually works for a few minutes (and then it happens again).

We get all other channels no problem (including men&motors) so I just reckon the signal:noise of our particular LNB at that particular frequency is crap

never noticed a problem with those channels but then i never actually watch them live, just record CSI and such. All my recordings have been ok so far though.
