Goldsmiths in Berlin

Hello!

Does anyone know of or use a good Goldsmith in Berlin? I was looking for someone who could change a ring size or repair a bracelet, for a reasonable fee. I live close to Friedrichstr. and there are a couple of gold shops around there, but way too posh for my needs!

you can try in alex, two doors up from sparkasse. it is a good one, very helpful.

Just a quick update ... the gold shop at Alex was a hit! Hubby got his wedding ring enlarged for Eur20.00, it looks as good as new and the lady there was very helpful. We told her how we found her via this forum and she was rather chuffed!
