Can o'worms here, but did you clean up his mess? If not, there will be quite a few unhappy cyclists today, and we don't want that.

Should an 8 week and 3 days old puppy be able to hold it all night, for 8 hours? I´ve been told not to feed him after six, so if I stick strictly to that maybe it will work---

Well, duh! I am a dog owner, I always have a handful of plastic bags in my pocket. I am not THAT irresponsible. I find un-cleaned-up doggy poo as gross as the next person, and I´ve stepped in enough of it that I am defo not tempted to leave it lying about. Even if he ever deigned to do it on grass I would clean it up, as grass is not only meant for dogs.

Fuck picking up dog shit. Just train your dog to shit in the gutter, and let Munich council clean it away. Gotta actaully get something for the fucking tax these draconian socialist scum take from you. Right?
In normal countries, people bloody riot over outrageous taxes, but here? The idiot krouts just accept it. I hope some dirty little arab bombs this country.

I finally got my fawlty Fahrzeugbrief corrected today. It only took me 5 hours, 2 trips to the KFZ-Stelle, and one trip to TÜV. They weren't even rude correcting the 3 typos from my car import 2 years ago. And, I saved €11.40 because I would have otherwise had to pay for a new-style Fahrzeugbrief anyway.
(and I have to pay >1000 euro to fix some broken steering parts... d'oh)

Get a Zeckenimpfung pdq so you don't get Lyme or meningo-encephalitis. I hope your Dad will get better, Lyme takes a long time to heal.

The weather in combination with my daft sport/hobby: yesterday
www.wetterspiegel.de proclaimed a sunny day with showers in evening for Hamburg.
First heavy shower came at 9am.
I had to drive into our office in Citty Süd - drove out of underground car park at 10:45 into a wall of water. Driving main roads was like a on a speedboat.
In the afternoon we were supposed to be running a flying session for a visiting group from a local firm - plane out & it rained. After that cleared up it did stay dry for the rest of the afternoon but it was like flying in a sauna...
So now (Saturday morning) its just raining gently - so much for 3 nice days flying

Must buy an U-boot & change hobbies...
silty1
May 26 2007, 10:52 am
that u-boot would have gathered dust, of course, during our recent spell of - how long was it? five or six weeks of incredibly beautiful weather. how soon we forget.

Because I should be sitting by the Gellert Hotel pool in Budapest at the moment. But because of reasons unknown to me I am still sitting in an airport lounge in Vienna waiting for the first available flight!
No better excuse than this to be drinking in the middle of the day (grumble)...

Against FSME? My brother and I are already vaccinated (from when my brother had a tick in his stomach years ago), just my parents don't.
I hope it turns out he doesn't have Lyme, from what I gathered they suspect it is, and that's why he is on antibiotics but it's not 100% sure yet. Thanks.

It's still 27°C here and so humid, kind of icky. And my throat is sore. I cannot believe to actually say this, but I cannot wait for it to rain. That should make me feel loads better (allergies).

That storm last night f...up three weekends' work in the garden.
Everything battered and flat. Not a bud or blossom in sight.
Back to bloody square one or just give up - which is
my more dominant feeling right now. If my bleeding creator is
in such a foul mood, why doesn't he take it out on his own
cesspit family. They have fewer problems since one of the sons
can do miracles. I am rightly pissed off. Shotgun time!

Come back when you are unhappy about the bill. When our dog was poisoned, I was unhappy about the bill. Well, more accurately, I wanted to extract that amount of unhappiness from the ass of the ass that poisoned her.

€500, another €50 expected, then vet bills after being released. But she's back home soon!

sarabyrd, I hate to "paint the devil on the wall", but could it be that the taxi driver hit Emily?
By the way, you mentioned keeping her on a leash. Tobi is growing out of his, and I think the harness is the right size for a cat. Will she freak out if it smells of puppy? If not, I´d be happy to pass it on to you.

Because I hate, hate, hate my job and am stuck in it for now. My only hope is to find a company that will take over my contract and moving expenses and pay me well. I have an interview next week (fingers crossed) and have put CV's in with a few companies back in the states (not ideal, but it's been 7 years, so why not?).
I hate the fact that I'm in Europe but have no money to travel. Sure, I can do Prague (only 3 hours away) or go to Munich, but there is so,so much more to see. Nothing has panned out like I planned and it's frusturating

I hate this f'ing company I work for and hope they implode.
Also, my elbow still isn't healed as I found out by mt. biking yesterday. It's now the size of a softball again and that too pisses me off. I've got nothing better to do except drink some wine and stay up until 2am to listen to my college's baseball team play in the first round of the NCAA playoffs (good friend of my bro's is on the team).
So, basically just your normal bitching and moaning but I needed to vent

Jun 2 2007, 9:18 pm
I think G needs to get that camel-toe sorted first.

this isn't "unhappy" but more sad.
a plane crashed into the lake today and probably all 6 people died. the plane was picking up organs and flying them to Ann Arbor, MI. The Coast Guard and others have part of the lake/harbor blocked off so instead a bunch or barges are sitting outside the break wall near my house. and the Coast Guard helicopters keep doing circles near us.
as a friend of mine put it, "those organs have had a hard time of it, two times now!" (yes, that is insensitive, but kind of funny)
i guess a plane in CA crashed into a house today.

Life just doesn't seem so great today. I wish I could control my thoughts better and stop thinking the worst. I feel worried and scared and I don't want to because how it all turns out is out of my control anyway. I'm also realising so many more things about myself and I don't like some of them. I feel like just going home, sliding back in to bed and then starting the day afresh, this first try isn't going so well. *sob*
