From my window, I have a spectacular view of a field of rapeseed crop in full bloom, stretching away into the distance. The colours are incredibly beautiful - the intense yellow of the rapeseed, the rich deep green of adjacent fields and trees, and a clear blue sky above ... and I don't have a camera to preserve this view for ever.

What makes it worse is the realisation of why the farmer is growing rapeseed this year. Not as green as it seems?

I am very uncomfortable right now...as in I think I am sick. Strange mild pain uncomfortable feeling in my sides and back...ugh it isnt nice at all...to top it all off I don't have health insurance...I went to the doc yesterday and had two tests done, wasnt what I thought it was...shoot me please!

What made me start doing the laundry at 1am... now all my bedsheets are either in the washing machine or the dryer and I have to wait for them to be done, so I can go to bed!

I also think I might not be able to go to the Oktoberfest this year.

I am unhappy because a bird smashed into my windshield while I was doing 100kph on the B13. Scared the sh the fu the living daylights out of me! I am not unhappy for the stupid bird, it got what it deserved. But it made a miniscule hole in the windshield which will have to be replaced soon (the windshield, not the hole).

that sucks! between you and your cats the bird population is quickly diminishing!

I’m wearing a Walkman. Well, the same size as the originals anyway. And it’s got an actual tape cassette inside. Christ I’ve not seen one of them in a while. Connected to this Walkman are about half a dozen wires leading to various parts of my chest. It's a 24 hour heart monitor and it's a fucking nuisance.

And joy of joys, I get to go back tomorrow morning, get it removed and replaced by a 24 hour blood pressure monitor. Yippee fucking doodah!

Ahh done the 24 hour blood pressure monitor... Found that the actual stress of wearing it was increasing my BP. Its not fun, waiting for it to inflate every 20 minutes. Got to the point when trying to sleep with it on, I would wake up before it would inflate.

I'm back at work for the first time since 30th March and its not fun. Too much going on, and meetings until 18:30 - bah

I just got a load of laundry out of the washing machine only to find out that someone in my family left a tempo in their pocket! What a mess! I hate being a hausfrau.

I just walked out on my job...granted this is a happy and sad thing. I was basically getting told I wasn't doing my job, but through emails. I have less then two weeks left and am not dealing with it. Then I started to realize that small paycheck next month...I kind of need it. Boyfriend will probably be a little mad at me. Sigh...

Yu-Gi, the big grey cat, has figured out how to open the fridge. I came home from taking kiddo to kingergarden to find both cats in my bedroom chomping down on gourmet ham.

Not that I like ham that much anyway, but it also explains what happened to the meat loaf...

I have had a stomach ache since yesterday evening but it's not bad enough to throw a sickie and stay home. And I got waked up in the middle of the night because Scogs had to tell me something that could have waited until morning. And Emily the Mighty Hunter brought three dead mice home during the night and left them in strategic places in the garden. And I forgot my May MVV ticket and had to buy a 2-zone ticket for €4.20 (pay-card, cash is €4.40 before the pedants rip me apart).

I am unhappy because my pc at home died and I cannot access the internet or send or receive e-mails. But I have my live-in IT wizard working on it. (The web card on the motherboard fried itself and disintegrated into white ash)
