because I got spoon fed my heart this morning... and it was a long walk to the train station, in the drizzling rain which actually gets you wetter than pouring rain but al least no one noticed I was crying which seems to be socially un- acceptable in germany.

Because I am about to balance my accounts, in an attempt to unfreeze the one blocked since the finanzamt took out taxes
I have to write bills and pay bills.
I seem to have forgotten to invite people for my birthday, I'm such a dunce.
And I still need a back massage before my neck siezes up.

Because I just am.
why is it that exboyfriends always seem to pop up at inconvenient times. it could be seen as convenient or inconvenient timing depending on your view (his or mine). At the same time the people you do want to talk to seem to be off in their own lala-land without the faintest idea that you exist. hmmph.
Also have i mentioned it sucks trying to make a decision between two things in life and both could very easily alter the direction of the next few years if not longer?

And the parents actually go and watch.

perfect day for a sleep in, the sound of rain coming down, and I gotta get up and go to work! Wouldn't be so bad, if I had aleast sunday to do errands and shopping, but NO, not in this uptight country!
For the first time in a long time, I had to come to the office on a Saturday. Not only that, but because one of my guys cracked a joke about starting early and the customer took it seriously, we had to start working at fucking 5 AM. FUCKING 5 AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING!

I am annoyed because I was dressed up more nicely yesterday than usual for a meeting at work, and when I ran errands right after work, people were practically bowing and scraping before me. What I hate about this is that you get treated totally differently depending on how you are dressed! I remember being treated like a drug courrier when I returned from a low-budget trip to Europe at the age of 19 with my long hair in lots of little braids and torn jeans, etc. Put the exact same person in a nice outfit and people see a completely different person. I know that's how the world works, but it still annoys me. I mean, I choose to run around like a slob much of the time, so I guess I am asking for these reactions, but what about people who just can't afford to dress nicely, ever? They go through life being treated less nicely by the people they encounter than those who wear expensive clothes. Grr.
Seriously, it took me a couple of minutes to register and then figure out why everyone was being so helpful (shop assistants helping me to spend my money).

I was asked by my firm to show two other guys how to do my job with the promise it wouldn't affect my situation. I did that and now I've been fired. I'm 65 and finding it hard to adjust to moving on. It always seemed easier when I was younger. I've got two small kids to think about. Never thought they would shaft me.

Rilana, my heart goes out to you. The utter helplessness of friends and family is the worst part.
Pas, be in contact with him as much as possible and have a laugh together. You'll cherish it later.
I am unhappy because Scogs' ashes are being sent to his father once he's been cremated and I will not be able to scatter them in the Glen at Tillycoultrie. But his father is family and has the final decision.

Sorry to hear that Sara.
It should count to his Dad what Scogs wanted.
When I was exchanging some PMs with him a few months ago about Tillicoultry he sent me a picture of you from there and told me you bought a laird for him, he seemed very happy about that.
Hope you're OK.

It makes me sad that the ex-husband of a very good friend makes life a living hell for her and the kids. I wish I could help them more and if someone would run over that arsehole of an ex-husband with a tank I'd stand there clapping because the pain and damage he is causing to his own children is unbearable.

I did that all through him having the bits of the tumour they could get out removed last year.
Who knows what will happen but even optimistically the future is not good. All I really want is a night of beer and curry with him and his friends around York. He gets too tired for this to be realistic though.

Now I am unreasonably unhappy because the satellite packed up in the middle of the Swiss/Turkey game and my German tv is on the blink as well. At least we get commentary via German tv although the pic is flickering like mad.

My roommate's dog has successfully eaten more of my stuff. When i got back from work i found stuff eaten/chewed in my room. When Brennan and I returned from some agility (about 2.5 hr after i found the original remains) some more stuff was chewed (this he would've had to have gotten on his back legs to lean onto the crate to get them).
Darn dog! He's a pain in the butt and has been nothing but a problem to my dog and me since he moved here. His behavior issues span from chewing up stuff, attacking my dog without any obvious triggers, to causing me not to be able to bring certain dogs around due to his behavior/personaility.

Went to see the film "The Happening" - what a total load of Shite! One should be allowed to walk out of a film in the first twenty minutes and get their money returned that would prevent films such as this even being offered at cinemas. Still, had to see the funny side of it when the people started killing themselves - if these actors can only get parts in films such as this then this is no surprise.
