as the title says, anyone know of any good calorie counters? one with german foods would be great.
i am curious how many calories i eat a day. my interest got piqued a few days back while watching a galileo episode about two female colleagues who pretty much eat the same thing, but in the end one took in about 2,200 a day and the other nearly 4,000. obviously one was thinner than the other. what surprised me the most was that two pieces of toast had less calories than a whole wheat oll with sunflower seeds. and i always thought i should rather eat a whole wheat roll over toast! wtf?
