You are right, BadDoggie, dairy and phlegm are not the best match. The benefits of the chocolate in the brownies, however, outweighs the drawbacks.

Good strong Yorkshire Tea, the kind that draws within seconds, not the stuff that takes an aeon to acquire any kind of colour and taste. Drawback is that it stains your teeth to the colour of a pirates feet. But oh does it taste good, the tan tight hue and that lovely ferric aroma reminiscent of childhood winters by the hearth. Tastes like home.

Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Schorle. The Cranberry Juice has vitamin C added, and the water is Apollinaris softly sparkling. Better than milk for a recovering bronchiite, eh BD? Oh, and the Apollinaris has no fluoride in it, which I am also allergic to. (I used to laugh at anyone with allergies until I hit thirty and got a funny red rash on my face and did allergy tests for 871 euros to find out I am allergic to some ridiculous stuff, including fluoride. Good thing I was a hippy chick earlier and chose not to wear make-up out of conviction rather than necessity).
