Get fit. Become assimilated. Be more polite. Evolve from
ESTJ to INFP. Masturbate less. Ski more. Read more. Get professionally certified. Not sure if any of those are mutually exclusive.

Fair question.
The library across the street from my workplace in Chicago has a very large selection of books on cd (I think they boast the largest in the USA). I dowload the disks on my ipod.
This allows me to listen to something when I workout/run. And when I am on the train to and from work (the train is so crowded in the morning-it is impossible to hold up any book- let alone find a seat).
The ipod allows me to do two things at once. I admit, that actually reading from a book would be nicer. But I honestly don't have much time to do that. The ipod might be a poor substitute, but better than nothing I guess.

1. Lose 20 pounds by exercising more every day and getting back on Weight Watchers.
2. Quit smoking by June 2007.
3. Learn to play guitar. (I've promised myself a nice acoustic as incentive when I get down to my target weight!)
4. Spend more time with my son.
5. Get to some TT meetups so I can meet some nice, new people!

Get better at free climbing, move on cliff hanger stuff and maybe to lead climbing.
Continue with my daily workout schedule.
Hope to join into more TT events to have fun time with other TT people, i.e. curry nights...

decide what I want to be when I grow up.
Maybe back to Uni full time, or a new job in a new country.
stop getting myself so worked up about things like my stupid job and the idiots I work with.
stop the binge drinking, may cause me too look for new friends, but being sloshed everyweekend is getting nasty on the wallet.

Baloney- your friends are your friends, your drinking buddies may not be amongst them though, or might.
However - you can be your friend's designated driver!

still working on them (there is time, you know...) but here goes:
- get up early
- go to bed early enough to be able to get up early
- drink less
- smoke less
- eat healthier
- call my parents before they call me ("are you still alive?")
- be a good person
- do not insult those who are begging for it (Jesus-like)
- clean bath-room
- feed pet
- learn to do something cool and arty like, well, play the piano
- get out more (in terms of fresh air, not pubs)
- go out less (in terms of pubs)
- be nicer
- shave
- thing
to be continued... there's days left... jeez, looks like last year's list, though

To have a better life in the year 2007, now that I have it back

To get out and meet more people

stay away from dogs with sharp teeth
try the skiing in Austria for the first time(if the snow falls)
give up the redwine (not)
If my heart can become pure and simple, like that of a child, I think there probably can be no greater happiness than this
Have a Happy New Year everyone!
