EHC München are the towns local ice hockey team who now play in 2 Bundesliga (2nd division)

Their last season was their first year in 2 Bundesliga, and it was hard for them. They ended the season playing in the relegation rounds, but escaped to have another year in the league.

From what I heard it's NOT the London Knights Major Junior team that's making the trip over to Europe. But instead, it's a group of non-NHL alumni players who used to play for the London Knights previously. So this friendly game becomes alot less important now. Guys with pro deals (i.e NHL players like Shanahan, Perry) would definently not be allowed on the trip.

The assistant coach of the Knights is Pat Curcio who played 6+ years in Germany. He's the guy who organized the trip over. So far the tour looks like this:
