So my friend in the States and I are in the beginning stages (read talking about it) of starting an outsourcing business. I am looking for recommendations on books, journals, pamphlets or whatever that could be of use to us, however I have found that there are way too many books out there. Basically we have very little business experience, but do have a good idea and an untapped market (we hope). I know many of you on here are entrepreneurs, so I was hoping for some advice. If you know of or have used some literature that was particularly helpful, please forward the title to me.
Thanks for any help.

We are starting to act, but I am still interested in getting my hands on some good reference material. If you know of any good sources please let me know.
Also if anyone has experience with employees in the Philipines, I would like to pick your brain.
Thanks.

Well, I have heard that India has too much work and are now outsourcing the outsourced business to Nigeria and other parts of Africa.
Advice: Set up shop in Africa (Eastern Europe could also work), make friends with Indian outsourcing business people and then work your way up.

HI Dolfan,
I have worked for India's second largest software outsourcing Firm. May be I can clarify some specific doubts and about the business model they have. Just PM me for more details.
And funnily I know Würzburg a lot. Where do you live in Würzburg ? Probably we know each other with our real names?
